Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We will except returns for credit, or exchanges only if the product has any defects. Please contact us before you return your item.

You have 60 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it. To be eligible for the return, the items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Your item must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Credit and Exchanges
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If you refund is approved, we will either credit you for the amount that you spent on the item to use for a future purchase, or send you out an exchange within 3 business days (pending product availability).

If the product or packaging comes back damaged, and is not related to the defect described, we may charge a 30% restocking fee for the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
